Hialeah Gardens, FL – (November 5, 2018) – State Street Realty, a Miami based brokerage and advisory firm has leased 90,103 square feet of industrial space to Tricorbraun Inc. at Miami Industrial Logistics Center (MILC) located within the Hialeah Gardens / Medley Industrial submarket. This is one of the largest warehouse lease transactions completed in 2018. As a result, MILC, a 676,835 square foot Class “A” Industrial Business Park at 14802 NW 107 Avenue, Hialeah Gardens, FL, is now currently 83% occupied. State Street Realty Vice President Frank Trelles, SIOR and Associate Brian Cabielles represented the Landlord, Duke Realty. W. Stevens Schmid, Jeff Hartsook and Patrcik Willis of CRESA South Florida represented the Tenant, Tricorbraun Inc.

The property, which traded for $7,400,000, totals 46,488 square feet and is well-located at 8975 NW 26 Street in Doral. State Street Realty has leased 153,292 square feet of industrial space to Cooper General Global Services, Inc. at Prologis Beacon Centre Business Park, located within the Miami-Airport West / Doral submarket.
The deal marks one of the largest warehouse lease transactions completed so far in 2018 within the Miami Airport area.
As a result, Beacon Centre Building 17, a 224,000-square-foot warehouse building within a Class “A” industrial business park at 8501 NW 17 Street is now 100% occupied.

State Street Realty has arranged a 109,075-square-foot lease with Kuehne + Nagel Inc. at the three-building Miami Industrial Logistics Center (MILC) in Hialeah Gardens. The Switzerland-based global transport and logistics company will lease space at the 255,846-square-foot MILC Building 3, increasing the building’s occupancy from 40 percent to 80 percent.

State Street Realty has leased 109,075 SF of industrial space to Kuehne + Nagel Inc. at Duke Realty’s Miami Industrial Logistics Center located within the Hialeah Gardens Industrial submarket.
State Street Realty has leased 109,075 square feet of industrial space to Kuehne + Nagel Inc. at Duke Realty’s Miami Industrial Logistics Center (MILC) (click on the property photo on the left to enlarge) located within the Hialeah Gardens/Medley Industrial submarket. The lease deal represents one of the largest warehouse lease transactions completed in 2018, according to the release. As a result, MILC Building 3, a 255,846-square-foot building within a Class “A” industrial business park at 10701 NW 140 Street in Hialeah Gardens, which was 40% occupied, is now currently 80% occupied. MILC 3 is a stand-alone Class “A” industrial building featuring built-to-suit offices; a private non-shared, 120-foot truck court; ±32-foot clear heights; four overhead doors per bay; 54-foot column spacing; a 60-foot staging bay; an ESFR (Early Suppression, Fast Response) fire safety system; LED energy-efficient lighting; and ample vehicle parking and trailer parking/spotting areas.

State Street Realty Takes Over Leasing for 676,000 SF Miami Industrial Logistics Center in Medley, FL
Duke Realty has hired State Street Realty to lease and market its Miami Industrial Logistics Center, a 4-Star industrial complex in Hialeah Gardens, FL.
The warehouse and distribution center in northwest Miami-Dade County consists of three buildings totaling 676,835 square feet. MILC I at 15002 NW 107th Ave. is 209,232 square feet, MILC II at 14802 NW 107th Ave. totals 211,757 square feet and MILC III at 10701 NW 140th Street spans 255,846 square feet.
The complex is located near U.S. 27, Florida's Turnpike, State Road 826 and Interstate 75, offering access to seaports and airports in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties, according to State Street's Frank Trelles.
