As Senior Associate of Commercial Sales and Leasing, Brian Cabielles is responsible for business development, tenant and landlord representation and market research. He specializes in office, industrial and land transactions.  Mr. Cabielles uses his financial background and strong technical and analytical skills to provide his clients with comprehensive solutions and in depth market analysis.

Since joining State Street Realty in 2015, Mr. Cabielles has established himself as an important contributor to the company.  Real Estate Forum named him an "Emerging Industrial Leader" in 2015 for having exhibited exceptional performance in the industrial real estate sector.  

Prior to joining State Street Realty, Mr. Cabielles served as a Registered Client Associate at Merrill Lynch.  At Merrill, he supported a Managing Director and Senior Financial Advisor that managed the wealth of ultra high net worth investors from Latin America while identifying business and investment opportunities on a value added basis.

As a Miami native, he has deep roots in the local community.  Mr. Cabielles graduated from Florida International University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and attended Belen Jesuit Preparatory School.  He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
